This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway to the white mountains! Just 15 minutes away is Franconia Notch and Cannon Ski Mountain which have hundreds of hiking and ski trails for all levels.

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.
