Empire Serviced Apartments are offering a private Serviced Apartment situated in an all round great location with town centre only a 7 minute walk. Tesco supermarket open 24 hours across the road adjacent to the Train Station. The apartment boasts a 65 inch Samsung smart interactive TV with Netflix and web search functions with many apps including a PlayStation 3 console for gaming. Excellent Wifi connection. Open plan kitchen & living area, coffee maker, lots of tea coffee milk and extras!
The apartment configuration is - Main bedroom: Double bed Second bedroom: 2 single beds Living area: 2 Sofa beds Accommodating a maximum of 6 occupants. The bathroom has a very powerful shower, fresh towels and all extra supplies, toilet rolls, shampoo & shower gels, hand gel. A Super sized mirror in the living area, hair dryer, steam iron with an ironing board. Baby travel cot if required free of charge. The kitchen comprises an oven, microwave, standing fridge freezer and cooker hob with extractor. All pots, pans, plates and cutlery etc are included. The kitchen has grey sparkle quartz tiles and laminate flooring throughout the living area. A wall mounted 65 inch Smart TV for internet use, the smart TV gives you access including to many applications, YouTube, Netflix etc.
  • Nick’s place is very well positioned within Hinckley with lots of local amenities including pub and supermarket with fuel just around the corner. The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything I needed for self catering. Very enjoyable three days! Will definitely be back!

    Our ground floor flat is situated in the village of Burbage, perfect for family or business trips. The one bedroom flat is a short 5 minute walk to pubs and restaurants, with the town centre and Hinckley train station only at 1.5 miles away. The flat can sleep up to 4 and has all the modern essentials for your long or short stay, including; unlimited wifi, a smart TV and washing machine. The flat was refurbished in September this year. There is off street parking available.
    There is a free car park on site , usually with plenty of space available

  • Chris & Estelle's place is a modern ground floor flat with ample off-road parking in a quiet location, yet in easy reach of amenities and a pleasant stroll into Hinckley town centre. It was well equipped for a long term stay, with good road links both north and south. All communications were swift, efficient and accurate, and I felt the owners were always on hand to help if needed - they helped me extend my stay when I was stranded by the Flybe collapse. Highly recommended, and I will stay again if working in the area.

This cottage is ideal for a romantic break.The charm of the cottage is evident as you make your way up the drive. You can prepare a romantic dinner for two in the well-equipped kitchen and then relax on the leather sofa. A car is essential down a quite lane, there is no footpath to walk on. No pets allowed.
    The cottage has a delightful double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Relax in the garden which makes an ideal place for alfresco dining on a summer's evening. This whole area offers a wide range of activities including many popular golf courses, horse riding, water sports and country walks. All ground floor. 1 x double bed in bedroom (NO ADDITION GUESTS ALLOWED) an infant/ baby is accepted, but you must provide your own travel cot and bedding. Shower room with separate shower (NO BATH),basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with dining area.     This is a quite country farm, a car is essential, supermarket and pubs a mile and a half away. The Leicestershire Round Walk passes close to the cottage or enjoy a leisurely cycle ride to one of the many local pubs in the area. Enjoy a day trip to Market Bosworth, Bosworth Battlefield, Bosworth Water Park or Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor park is 30 minutes by car, Mallory Park race track is 3 miles away ,Triumph Motor factory 1 mile away needs to be booked in advance well worth a visit, Stoney cove diving centre is just 6miles away.

  • Sharron and Mark were very friendly and welcoming hosts. The accommodation has great surrounding views and in a lovely setting on a quiet and peaceful farm. Plenty of car parking. All rooms are large and kitted out extremely well. A modern and well maintained kitchen and even a pint of local milk awaiting your arrival in the fridge. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is there. It is like home from home. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Cleanliness was amazing, the best accommodation we have stayed in over the years.

    A spacious east-facing room offering views of the local countryside and farmland. Rural enough for peace and quiet, but only half a mile from local conveniences (shop, post office) and close to main road networks (A5, M6, M42). The room is on the first floor of our 7-bed semi-detached farm-worker's cottage, currently occupied by 3 family members (plus 2 in the rear annexe). The room features a solid wood wardrobe, desk, double bed and bedroom chair
    We're located just outside of the village - a five-minute walk to the local brewery, convenience store, pub and post office. For active guests, our smallholding is close to ancient woodland, Mancetter Quarry, Hartshill Hayes Country Park, and numerous cycle routes. For local food, try the Horse and Jockey (20-30 minute woodland walk). Church End Brewery is a local favourite. Other nearby attractions include Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor, and Bosworth Water Park. The NEC is a 20 minute drive.

I managed to lose the key on the first night and he was so easy going about it, really turned what could’ve been a bad situation into not a big deal. Lovely place too, perfect to get out of the business of the major cities. Would stay again.

    Hello and welcome to my sweet home. My home is not to big but also not to small perfect for a couple. There is 2 small bedrooms but only in the one is double bed. In the other one is a wardrobe and ironing board. There is also a sofa for a 3 person if needed, but unfortunately it is not sofa bed it does not convert. At my place there is everything you need for living. Kitchen appliances, washing machine, towels, iron, hair dryer. There is only no microwave as I do not use it.
    Hi, my place is located in perfect location, it has access to shopping centre by the glass passage that goes from my building to the Highcross shopping Centre and when you will pass Shopping Centre you will find a Clock Tower which the heart of Leicester City centre. There is a plenty of Restaurants next to my apartment, as well as a Gym, shops. There is two car parks one next to my apartment on Cumberland Street £4/day and another one is below my apartment it belongs to High Cross Shoping Center and it has access to my Apartment without going outside but it is more expensive.
    I love living in my place as it has perfect location, it is in the centre so I have everything I need close to me. I do not need to use a car.

  • This place was very comfortable for our family of four. We stayed here to visit my husband's family who all live in the Hinckley area, and Chris' place was really convenient. It's only a couple miles from the center of Hinckley, and it's close to grocery stores, too. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware, driveway parking was easy, and Chris' communications were prompt and helpful. Great stay!

    Update regarding Covid-19: We are still open for business. The property can be accessed via a key box so there will be no meet and greet on arrival and you will have the whole house to your self. The property will be fully disinfected and left 72 hours before and after every booking to help keep our guests safe, this is something we do anyway as standard but is even more important now.
    If you are a key worker & want to use the property to self-isolate please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. In line with government guidance please only book if you are authorised to travel. A traditional house in the centre of Hinckley with great travel links to the M69, M1, Coventry, Leicester, Derby and train links to Birmingham, Nuneaton and Leicester. We have 6 single beds arranged over 3 bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed in the living area. You have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and other essentials. The house is located close to great amenities; Lidl and Tesco within a 5 minute walk, Hinckley town centre with cinema, great restaurants and shops. Downstairs there is a large open plan living room and dining area. One of the sofa's in the living room can be made into a sofa bed, please let us know if you would like this to be made up before arrival; if not it will be left as a sofa. Adjoined to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. There are three bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The biggest room can be set up as either a super king bed or two singles, plus an additional single upon request when booking.
    Hinckley is centrally located to many different big towns like Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Derby and Nottingham... ...and great attractions such as: National Exhibition centre (NEC), Bosworth battlefield, King Richard III Discovery Centre, The National Space Centre, Leicester City Football Club, Tropical Bird land, Drayton Manor, Twycross Zoo, The Ricoh Arena, Coventry Cathedral, Conkers.. ...and within Hinckley itseld: Cineworld, Theatre, Great Restaurants, Local Shopping, Burbage Common and Woods, Big Supermarkets,
  • Andy and Hollie are good hosts. I have found their home clean and very homely. They will respond to your enquires and request very quickly. The house is so so homely, You can watch TV programmes and Netflix. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and also close to shops like Tescos, Pound Stretcher etc. Their home has a warm and welcoming ambiance. They do really go an extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home by putting in some extra touches. I will use their home next time and highly recommend them to anyone who really wants a home from home.

    Our smallholding is quiet but convenient. It is an ideal base from which to explore the local countryside and attractions (or travel to work) during the day, and relax in the evening. Our central midlands location also makes us the perfect stopping point to break up longer journeys.
    For active guests, our smallholding is close to ancient woodland, Mancetter Quarry, Hartshill Hayes Country Park, and numerous cycle routes. For local food, try the Horse and Jockey (20-30 minute woodland walk). Church End Brewery is a local favourite. Other nearby attractions include Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor, and Bosworth Water Park.   • Neal was lovely, really easy to get in contact with and helpful! The room is directly opposite the shared bathroom, which is handy as we did not want to go roaming around someone else's home. Would 100% recommend. We came and stayed after going to a show near by, checked in, then went to the NEC Birmingham in the evening which was less than half an hour away so perfect.

  • I had a great stay at Neal's place. The house was a lovely country house in a peaceful countryside setting. The bedroom was large and the playstation was a great touch (if only I had the time!). The room was exceptional value. Neal was a great host. Helpful and communicative, but happy to leave you to yourself. The house is only about a 20 minute or so drive from the NEC / Airport and a really good alternative if you want a change from staying in Birmingham. Highly recommended and a great place to stay if you're in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    Townhouse in Hinckley very close to the centre, just off the M69 motorway and A47, Walking distance 5 minutes into the town centre where there’s numerous restaurants and a brand new Lesiure centre that has a full gym and spa facilities and a brand new cinema. At each end of the street there’s a friendly local pub. We are a couple that live at the address but both work shifts at a local hospital so tend not to be here that often. Tv in bedroom with free view and WiFi, tea/coffee and kettle
    A great little town full of restaurants including British, Italian, Indian, Spanish, Turkish and Chinese... and bars including a few microbrewery’s. Hinckley Golf Club is a 10 minute walk from our house. A brand new state of the art Lesiure Centre and spa is a 5 min walk aswel, or a number of other gyms have opened recently in the centre. There’s a new Cineworld in the new crescent area within the town. For history there’s the Battle of Bosworth visitors centre and the King Richard III Centre in Leicester both 20 mins away by car of train or bus. Mallory park is a 15 min drive from us.

    Private two bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of Hinckley town Center. Benefits from being within walking distance from the 60mil pound shopping centre redevelopment called The Crescent having new cinema and many eateries to suit all tastes. Two minutes walk from the train station and three from the bus station. The flat is very large and airy, a spacious 95 sqm. with access to internet, TV, a fully kitted out kitchen and large shower room.
    There is one parking space for guests to use at the front of the property. Access is by key lock box.
    Hinckley is a market town with a history of hosiery factories hence of some historic interest. There is a small museum in town (open part time) opposite the old 'Atkins' factory building in which sites a lovely cafe with displays of works from different artists/craftspeople who have workshops in the Atkins building. We're seven miles from the old village of Market Bosworth/Bosworth water park and about seven miles from the famous Shakerstone Station/museum. The Battlefield of Bosworth and Heritage Centre is also seven miles away. Birmingham centre is a 40 minute train ride away giving easy acces to the Rico Arena and NEC, Leicester is 25 mins.

    Our house is located in a new developed area at the Longshoot. There are local shops eg Co-op Food & Farmfood and others around which is about 5 minutes walk. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Nuneaton town centre and the railway station. The room is a double room that overlooks the garden and it is in a very quiet area so you can enjoy your space in peace.

    Spacious bedroom in a large shared modern house . Located conveniently on the A5 between Hinckley and Nuneaton. Close to Mira and the Dodwells industrial estate. Also close by is the 'Lonshoot' pub that do a fantastic affordable carvery. Should you prefer to prepare you own food, there is an Aldi close by also. The house is conveniently located in between Hinckley and Nuneaton taking just 5 minutes by car to either town.
  • I found Paul's place when looking for somewhere close to my work location in Hinckley and it really is in an excellent location for travelling to Hinckley, Coventry and Nuneaton. Paul is a superb host and was very keen to make sure I could find my way around the local area. The accommodation is spacious, bright, warm and new. Exactly as described with a very comfy bed and superb kitchen! Will definitely be back!

Jubilee Park is behind of our house, good place to visit & walk. M1/M69 are 2/3 mins drive away. Within 5 min drive you will arrive Leicester Police Headquarter, Fosse Park, Carlton Park, Grove Park, Enderby Park & Ride and Next Head Office. An off license shop is just opposite & a restaurant at the corner. The neighbourhood is very quite.
    Welcome to the flat with all premises. It is a corner property and very close to St Johns (B4114) road. The flat is very bright and comfy. You will enjoy the clean and tidy kitchen, living room with lots of lights and plenty of spaces. The bedroom is spacious with double bed and king size duvet along with a chest drawers. A wardrobe also besides of the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee for our guests. Bathroom is large and clean, it has bath, shower and toilet. Essential towels and toiletries are provided. A undercounter fridge also available for our guests in the flat.
    Jubilee Park is 1 minute walking away from the property which is a good place to visit and walk and this riverside site was opened to commemorate the Queen's Silver Jubilee. M1 and M69 are also 2/3 minute drive away from the property and 30/35 minutes away from Nottingham/Coventry. Within 5 minute drive you will arrive Narborough Rail station, Fosse Park, Carlton Park, Grove Park, Enderby Park & Ride, Next Head Office and British Gas Business. You will enjoy top retail shops include Asda, Sainsbury, Next, M&S, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and more at Fosse park. Recently Jenno's Coffee House and Rutland Cycling store opened and just 10 minutes walking way too. An off license shop is just opposite and one of the best steakhouses in Leicester Miller & Carter is at the corner.

    We have a comfortable home from home for you. A bright and airy double room, ensuite. Guests have use of their own comfy lounge, or can share some company with us in the conservatory.     Our house is a large friendly place. We have a private lounge just for you, or please share the conservatory with us if you need a spot of company. You can make a drink in the kitchen, and in the summer sit outside in the garden. Breakfast is served in the conservatory. Next to the house we have a protected woodland area and lake. There is ample parking on the drive. It is located 5 minutes from Nuneaton, has train services direct to London Euston (1 hour) Birmingham (20 mins) Coventry (10 mins) and services to Leicester and Rugby. We are close to the M6, M69, M42 and M1 and 5 minutes from the A444 which goes between Coventry and Nuneaton and the Ricoh Arena (10 mins). Breakfast is tea, coffee, juice, cereal and toast.     We live in a quiet cul de sac next to a woodland area and lake. We are close to George Eliot hospital only 5 minutes walk away and 5 minutes drive into wonderful countryside for cycling and walking. Local attractions include Arbury hall 5 minutes away, Astley Castle and village and Coventry Cathedral 20 minutes away. We are close to Stratford, Warwick, Birmingham and Birmingham Airport (20 mins), as well as Twycross Zoo and the lovely villages around Warwickshire and Leicestershire

    My place is located near Glenfield Road and Fosse Road North within easy walking distance of Leicester High Street and the West End. It is a safe area with good street lighting and regular bus service, like all major cities care you should taken when walking home late at night.

    This is a nice 2 bedroom semi detached house. The house is in Thorpe Astley which is about a 15-20 minute drive to the city centre. There are double beds in both the bedrooms and a bath and shower in the bathroom. The kitchen is available for use with all the basic equipment as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Towels and bedding are provided also.
    Guests can use the whole house and garden. You’ll find it’s nice and quiet as it’s in a Close. Guests can drive into town or a taxi is approx £8-£10. There are also buses that run as well. Close to the house is Meridien Leisure Park (10 mins) walk where there are a number of restaurants and Fosse Park is less than 10 minute drive.
    Thorpe Astley is a quiet estate with modern houses. There is a chemist and an Aldi approx 10 minute walk from the house. Meriden leisure park is also about a 10 minute walk, there are a number of restaurants there. Fosse Park shopping park is approx 10 minute drive and the city centre is a 15-20 minute walk. The house is very close to both the m1 and m69 motorways.

    A spacious west-facing room offering views of the local countryside and woodland. Rural enough for peace and quiet, but only half a mile from local conveniences and close to main road networks (A5, M6, M42). The room is on the ground floor of our 7-bed semi-detached farm-worker's cottage, currently occupied by 4 family members (plus 2 in the rear annexe). The room features underfloor heating, a double bed, and solid wood furniture including a desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
    Our smallholding is quiet but convenient. It is an ideal base from which to explore the local countryside and attractions (or travel to work) during the day, and relax in the evening. Our central midlands location also makes us the perfect stopping point to break up longer journeys.
    For active guests, our smallholding is close to ancient woodland, Mancetter Quarry, Hartshill Hayes Country Park, and numerous cycle routes. For local food, try the Horse and Jockey (20-30 minute woodland walk). Church End Brewery is a local favourite. Other nearby attractions include Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor, and Bosworth Water Park. The NEC is a 20 minute drive.

The property is close to the local train and bus station approx a 15 minute walk to both. Very close connections to the A5, M1 & M6.

    My flat is close to a bar, a shop or two and many local parks. The is a canal 10 minutes away along with some public footpaths into the countryside. It's approximately a 15 minute walk in to the town centre. The train station has regular services to Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester and is approx 1 hr from London Euston.

    We have a large comfortable home from home for you. A bright and airy double room, with own private bathroom. Guests have use of their own comfy lounge, or can share some company with us in the conservatory. We provide a light breakfast, or full breakfast with notice. Ample parking in front of the house. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car. Close to the George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have a border collie - so need to be dog friendly.
    Our house is a large friendly place. We have a private lounge just for you, or please share the conservatory with us if you need a spot of company. You can make a drink in the kitchen, and in the summer sit outside in the garden. Breakfast is served in the conservatory. Next to the house we have a protected woodland area and lake. There is ample parking on the drive. It is located 5 minutes from Nuneaton, has train services direct to London Euston (1 hour) Birmingham (20 mins) Coventry (10 mins) and services to Leicester and Rugby. We are close to the M6, M69, M42 and M1 and 5 minutes from the A444 which goes between Coventry and Nuneaton and the Ricoh Arena (15 mins). Breakfast is tea, coffee, juice, cereal and toast. You can have a full breakfast if you give us notice (for a small extra fee). If you need another double bedroom with private bathroom look at our other room on AirBnB "En suite Peace, Quiet and Comfy R1"

Very quiet area, overlooking the golf course, on the outskirts of Nuneaton. 5 minutes drive from Jury's Inn, 10 minutes from Ricoh Arena, 5 minutes drive from M6. A comfortable, well-furnished quality home. I also have a double en-suite which can be available on request. Please read the description before booking, noting that this is a family home and our quite hours are between 11pm and 7am. This may not be suitable for people with earlier starts.
    Detached property, in a quiet location, on the out-skirts of Nuneaton. You will need a car to get into Nuneaton Town.... It's very easy to drive into town, just straight on down one road! 5 minutes to George Eliot Hospital, 30 minutes to NEC, great for concerts. 10 minutes drive to Ricoh Arena Coventry, 5 minutes drive to M6 and 6 minutes to A5 and Hinckley. The house is comfortable, stylish and modern.
    Very quiet area, overlooking the golf course. I have facility to safely store golfing equipment.
