Jean’s place was perfect for our needs and really felt like home during our stay. We arrived as 10+ inches of snow was falling. The whole neighborhood was transformed into a winter wonderland! The city and neighbors were incredible in getting the streets and sidewalks plowed quickly, and the neighbors were all so friendly, helping each other out. Jean’s house was clean and warm and cozy the whole time. I totally recommend a stay at Jean’s place during any season!!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this is a great spot to get a good nights sleep. The room and private bathroom are very clean and well-maintained. Bed is very comfortable and the space is downstairs with an outside deck and plenty of privacy. Terry and her husband were wonderful hosts and check in was quick and easy.

Spacious areas, with enough room for everyone to hang out together. Beds were very comfortable. Only about 15-30 min from Cooperstown where we had two great experiences for dinner. Bocca Osteria for amazing homemade pasta and also Upstate Bar and Grill for amazing burgers and fries.

The goal was to take a break after being too busy with work & such, while also getting together with some 'old' friends & thinking about a potential place for a warm weather get together. Warm and welcoming would best describe the hosts and the accommodations. Quiet area surrounded by rolling hills. We met Allan at check in and he gave us some very helpful ideas for navigating Cooperstown and provided us with information on local restaurants including a lovely lakeside restaurant. Extremely clean, well stocked with water, coffee, and any other essentials that one might need. Listing, instructions, and check in were very accurate. All in all Harriet's Haven was exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again on any future trip to the area.

Joshs place is fabulous! Very clean and private. We loved the luxury chalet feel with the adjustable bed and hot tub. The view is beautiful. We very much appreciated his great communication and hospitality. We will absolutely stay again the next time we are in town.

Katrina is very friendly and easy to work with. The location is absolutely perfect. A very private setting and small neighborhood with biking trails and historic landmarks to visit within a 5 minute drive!

The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Plenty of seating with books at hand. The porch was large and welcoming. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and every tiny detail was provided for in advance---complimentary water in our room, access to coffee/tea/hot chocolate right outside of our bedroom door, toiletries. The meal was delicious, huge and delicious. Mike was very personable and helpful, easily reached for any questions, and just overall wonderful. We loved our time there. The home is easily accessible to any major routes, but on a quiet street. I look forward to visiting again.

My husband and i were worried about travellng with our dog and and 7 monh old. We shouldnt have been! Staying at the grand colonial was so lovely and easy. Super easy check in, wonderfully clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast. We will definately be staying here again when back in the area. Thank you!

This was my second visit to Nan's lovely suite. She asked for suggestions last time I was here since she was pretty new, and I swear she implemented every single one! She is warm and welcoming and the bed was SO comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The architecture of this home makes a stay with Nan a real treat. The space is comfortable and welcoming. I chose to stay in the cozy loft bed because of how it overlooked the central room and big windows.

Really cool and unique home. Warm and cozy with appealing accents. 100 times better than any hotel room. Beds and bathroom are very clean. Very quiet. Nan and Rick are also extremely welcoming and nice. Nan went way beyond the call of duty to get me acclimated to the space and to make sure I had everything that I needed. Nan welcomed communication and was prompt to reply. If you will be in the area, I reccomend staying at Nan and Ricks place.

Chistine's little Old Farm House is sparkling clean. Christine has thoughtfully detailed so many things around the house for easy access. We completely enjoyed hanging out on the porch while the children played and made smores. The house is confortable and newly renovated, the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect place for a relaxing week-end. Christine and Jeff are very nice hosts, super accommodating. Don't forget to pick up local vegetables and products in the area!

The place is very peaceful and cozy, everything you need you will find there, resting place. In the afternoon we saw deer and horses, it was amazing. All towels were clean and soft. The beds at the bottom are very good. I would need some baking dish, the only thing, and the house was also cold, we tried to turn up the heat, but unfortunately we were only able to 70, we had a little cold. But otherwise the house is beautiful and very well furnished. Thanks Elizabeth.

Lovely location with lots of wildlife such as deer, turkeys and horses in the back pasture. Fully loaded kitchen and downstairs laundry spotless.

We love Elizabeth’s cottage! This is our 3rd time staying and hopefully we will be back again next year. A few of my favorite things are the screened porch, the wood burning stove and the horses on the neighboring property who walk along the back of the property. I’m sure you will love your stay as much as we have!

Nice screened in porch that overlooks golf course. Fire pit in back. We enjoyed seeing 3 horses on the property behind us. Beds were comfortable. Soft towels. Nice soaps and shampoos. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee and half and half were available. Elizabeth was easy to communicate with. Very cozy atmosphere.

The cottage was the perfect get-a-way. It was exactly as described by the hosts and previous guests. The linens were of excellent quality. The beds were comfy. It was the extra special touches throughout the home that really took the accommodations to the next level. Watching the sunrise and golfers on the screened-in porch, with a cup of coffee in hand was perfect. Also, the water pressure in the shower and hot water was stellar. We can't say enough great things about the cottage.

We rented the cottage so we could have a space in which to relax and enjoy some family time before moving our older daughter into nearby Hamilton College. Our time at the cottage was very peaceful. We took excellent walks and enjoyed the drive to and from the college, New Hartford and Utica. (A favorite place to visit in the hot weather is the Ice Cream Factory on Oneida St. in Chadwicks!). The house is well appointed with plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The bathroom seems newly renovated and very nice. Elizabeth’s quick responses to my questions were much appreciated, as was the bottle of wine left for us! We had a treasured few days in the cottage. Thank you!

Zachary's Lucky Catch Cove was cozy and charming, perfect for our weekend getaway. The fireplaces in the living area and sunroom were super cozy. Its the kind of place that makes you instantly relax, and not want to leave. Communication and check in was great. A thoroughly charming experience.

Zach's place is just beyond amazing. Beautiful view, very cozy, super clean. Every detail is very well thought-through. The house has everything you need for a short or a long stay. There are kayaks you can use on the lake. The location is awesome. And all those stars at night!! You really feel like home there. Zach is a real pleasure to communicate with.

We stayed again at Veronica & Ray’s place on the way back from our trip (Utica was an expedient stop) and again enjoyed their hospitality, with a warm place on a cold dark night and very comfy beds with lots of covers, especially since it had been a very cold drive with freezing rain. A stay at their place made an unknown town feel familiar, especially with a stop at Cafe Domenico the next morning, which I found out about from Veronica’s excellent guide.

Veronica and Ray’s apartment is comfortable and cozy - we liked the revamped kitchen with the built-in sideboard. They left us goodies which were quite nice on a cold dark night. We had a sound sleep in bed that had extra throws and blankets available. We’re coming back through again soon and are glad that it’s available!

We loved our stay at Veronica & Ray's place. The apartment was clean and cozy. Veronica and Ray were quick to respond and check in was effortless. The value was unbeatable. It was close to many local stores and restaurants. We visited Turning Stone Casino for a concert and it was a brief and easy drive to and from the apartment. We were partial to the fact that pets are allowed and we were able to bring our dog on the trip with us. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will surely be back if I ever find myself in the area again.

Veronica is super responsive to any questions and accommodating of our late check-in. The space is as described and was ideal for our last minute travel plans to Utica.

Veronica & Ray were very communicative and understanding about us coming a little later than check in time. They were very responsive and always answered back very quickly to all of our questions. To add to this, the place was very clean and even nicer than pictured in the photos!

Easy check in. Close to everything. Cute apt. Nice and comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Cute amenities were offered. Super fast responses to any questions. Only slight critique was house was freezing on arrival and it took quite a while to get comfortable. You get to control the thermostat so the rest of my stay it was better.

Jean’s place was lovely. My boyfriend and I stayed there for his (overdue) birthday weekend. It was a bit farther away from Cooperstown than we thought, but we ended up loving it! Upon arrival, we actually locked ourselves out, but a quick call to Jean, and her husband (?) Steve was able to let us in within minutes. We brought our dog along with us, so staying out all day/night wasn’t ideal for us. We were able to run to the grocery store and cook some nice meals and just enjoy being away from home. Plus, it snowed overnight our first night and we woke up to a small winter wonderland! It was wonderful. For those who don’t like to hear anything from the hosts, this may be a little less than ideal - We could hear some slightly audible sounds upstairs, but nothing major or worrisome. They heat the house with a wood stove so it was plenty warm and cozy the entire time. Definitely recommend Jean’s place for a perfect mountain getaway!

A nicely decorated, spotlessly clean home in a quiet and pretty area. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home feels tucked away, but it is only five minutes away to the market, pharmacy, liquor store, and a few little restaurants. It’s a lovely 20-minute drive to museums in Cooperstown. We never saw Jean, but she was quick to respond, and check-in couldn’t have been easier. This is a basement-level apartment, so there is slightly audible activity upstairs, but it didn’t really bother us.

Ron was very accommodating - we live out of state and Visiting family here in NY. Was a very secluded and peaceful cabin by the woods. He was very nice and took time to show us how to use heat source and water sources. Very friendly and he felt bad about weather - no one can control that. We will definitely be back to stay here again within the year !!!!!

Beautiful cabin right on rushing river, private and cozy. Bathroom is a few steps from front porch, it was a heated indoor bathroom with running water. Cabin is hydro and solar powered, I wish I could've stayed longer than one night

Secluded little cabin, 25 minutes from Utica, perfect for a low key weekend. We had a lot of fun exploring the area and meeting Sparkey! Ron was great, quick responses and very accommodating.

Ron’s place is absolutely amazing. The perfect escape from the city for us. 97 acres for our dog to run around made for an amazing trip all around. Ron is so nice and we will definitely be back!

Great secluded cabin.

The place was nice and cozy, and did the job for one person. I just came to crash at nights after work. It used to be a motel, but they re-did the whole thing and gave it a more modern touch. It's between a local road and a highway, so you'll hear traffic. It didn't bother me.

This studio was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a small home away from home. The location was perfect for my needs, private and safe. I met John on the property, he was accommodating and friendly.

A simple clean room at a great value. Smart TV with entertainment, WiFi, refrigerator and stove to cook small meals and the shower had great water pressure. The host was very responsive and I would recommend this for a short stay if you are on a budget.

Mark’s was a beautiful place to stay for the 3 nights I was in Utica! My favorite part was how light and bright the space was. The photos do not show how much light the apartment gets during the day. Clean, lovely touches and a very caring and engaged host...I would definitely stay here again!

Mark was an exceptional host and we loved our stay at City View. We stayed here for several days while searching for apartments for an upcoming move to Utica. Mark was a great at introducing us to Utica and letting us know about everything there is to do here. The apartment was very clean and conveniently located downtown with a coffee roaster, bread bakery, breakfast place, and several other local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The highlight was Gerber's Tavern downstairs for local beers and cocktails in a speakeasy tavern atmosphere. Mark as well as the bartender and other customers were incredibly friendly and gave us lots of great advice on apartments, events, and other things to do nearby. I look forward to spending many more evenings at his tavern and would recommend the City View to anyone staying in Utica.

City view is a great apartment with a great location! Close to a ton of food and drink! Mark was responsive and we felt right at home.

Maria's space offers the quality of a hotel with out all the other hotel guests. The location was perfect for an overnight after a concert at Saranac Brewery. Definitely check out the rooftop restaurant if you stay here. All and all the Landmarc offers a fun atmosphere at a central location.

You will not be disappointed! Checkin was a breeze, the room was super clean, and they went above and beyond for me. It was my fiancé’s birthday, and they left balloons and wine glasses for an extra thoughtful touch! Will definitely stay again 😊
