Half acre with grass areas for relaxing or to play! Open concept with upscale appliances. Mall and restaurants are only a mile away! Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale!
