The house is optimized in all its spaces, impeccable cleanliness, sophisticated design in the care for details, nothing is really missing (only the time to stay there again!). Erica’s place is absolutely perfect for a stay in Bormio. The location couldn’t be better, on a quiet street but a 5 minute walk into town. Right across the street from the Thermal Spa. Erica and her family were so welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen/sitting room was a nice bonus. The breakfast was very ample and Erica brought us fresh fruit, milk and a treat from the bakery every day! We hope to stay there again some day.

Great quality-price-ratio, cozy apartment and amazing hosts. The location is perfect, everything is at reach by foot (only the access to the ski tracks is slightly far, like 10/15 minutes walking, but there are busses every 15 minutes). We absolutely recommend this place, especially for two people.

We had a wonderful time in Bormio. Sara was on vacation during our stay but her mom was there to welcome us and get us the keys of the very comfortable and cozy apartment in the old city center of Bormio. Location is perfect ... parking in the old city center is a bit of an adventure if you have a larger car with bikes in the back but free parking can be found at the edge of Bormio (within walking distance). We climbed Passo hello Stelvio by bike and hiked to the top of Monte Scale ... a highly recommended hike ! We highly recommend Bormio and Sara's apartment !

My husband and I were so happy to find Sara’s apartment. It was the perfect location for walking to the local grocery store, bakery and restaurants. We took daily excursions to the nearby mountain biking trails, and were always happy to come home to a warm shower and place to cook and chill out. We didn’t meet Sara but her mum, Bice, was very friendly. She helped us figure out where to park our car for free all week (we mostly bikes and took the bus to local trailheads). There was a hose and courtyard where we could wash off our bikes. We hope to come back someday!

We spent only two nights in this beautiful nest in Bormio, Sofia and her husband were genitilissimi, even meeting us in the check-in phase, perfect location and cleaning, a few minutes from the spa, a few steps from the plants and with all the necessary shops under the house. The central position of the house allows you to turn around Bormio pleasantly. Nice furnishings, all comforts included (tea, 2 coffee machines, professional hair dryer). Comfortable beds, complete bathroom with linen (all types of towels for each guest). Ms. Paola and her husband are very helpful and friendly people.

There could be no better location to stay in Bormio: in the center and with a delightful view of the little square. The house is cozy, warm, clean and the services are efficient. The nicest treat was receiving a delicious blueberry and Saracen cake as a gift (the landlady owns the best bakery in Bormio). Beautiful experience, we can't wait to come back!

Excellent accommodation, convenient location, 3min walk from a large supermarket, 5min walk from the center, parking space under the house. The apartment is in a parallel to the main road so we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The house is large and comfortable, with a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed which for us was a second bedroom. In addition spacious kitchen and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable and clean bathroom. The friendly and helpful owners, they met our needs ... this accommodation and these hosts exceeded our expectations, being able to return!

We stayed at Silvana for 4 days. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, small but comfortable. The apartment is in optimal conditions both from the point of view of cleaning and equipment. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The possibility of having a reserved parking space is a very important factor given the difficulties in finding parking, especially in the high season. Silvana is a very attentive, kind and helpful hostess. His advice on places to visit and where to eat helped us to better enjoy this experience.

If you are coming to Bormio, it isn’t a question. You have to stay with Bruno. If my wife and I could leave more than five stars, we would. Bruno’s apartment is only about 100 meters from the bus station, which made arrival very convenient. His mother greeted us at the station and showed us around the AirBnB since Bruno was at work when we arrived, and the place is wonderful. A comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, heated floors/towel rack, a washing machine to clean our clothes, and an ample kitchen. Bruno also provided a few snacks for us, and a bottle of wine as a little gift! We felt like we were checking into a fancy hotel, not an AirBnB! Bruno also provided us with many tips for local adventures - delicious restaurants, interesting history, and fun conversation too. All in all, we will stay again if we are in Bormio and encourage you to book with Bruno!

Apartment as in the photos, all very functional clean welcoming for two people. Close to the slopes of the Cima Piazzi complex, 5 min walk. Attached to the reference hotel Alpen Hotel Chalet, very convenient for check in and check out and exchange of information about the stay. It was very nice to spend the days surrounded by nature with the advice of the hotel staff who welcomed us. Monica was available for any questions and requests. Really truly recommended.

Really nice place, close to lifts and town. Last two times we went to Livigno. Bormio isi quieter , feels more Italian. We did one day of free riding with a guide, it was excellent.

Elena's apartment is very pleasant, well heated and equipped with all comforts, with a brand new and well-equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare more or less anything. The location is excellent for reaching the various spas in Bormio. We gladly returned to Nicola after the first perfect experience. And once again communication was quick and easy from start to finish. I copy the previous comment since nothing really changed. The apartment, which is exactly as shown in the photos and which is located a stone's throw from the town center and close to the facilities, is really welcoming, clean, tidy, modern, with a nice terrace and a bathroom with a huge shower area. In 5 seconds the sofa turns into a warm and comfortable bed. The spas (old and new bathrooms, beautiful !!!), I would say obligatory destination for those coming from these parts, are less than 10 minutes away by car. I will definitely be back on future occasions and I recommend anyone who passes by to book Nicola!

Nicola’s place is compact but perfect for a couple. The sofa bed is very comfortable. An easy walk to the town centre with a number of bars & restaurants to choose from. We visited Bormio in order to drive the Stelvio Pass which we did, enjoying both the drive & scenery. We made use of Nicola’s washing machine! A bonus when travelling.We enjoyed our stay & would be happy to return.

Spacious studio in a great location, close and well connected to both the center of Bormio and the gondola lift. The studio is well served and organized with a set of towels and all the necessary services, with the added bonus of internal parking. The apartment was perfectly located just a short stroll from the town centre. The apartment itself was extremely clean and tidy and quite new. The bed was comfortable and it seemed a bit bigger than the photos. I would stay here again if I return to Bormio.

The Stelvio chalet is located in a quiet area of Bormio, ten minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Equipped with a small free car park on site. The apartment is bright, spacious and welcoming in detail. The owner also welcomed us with welcome cookies. I highly recommend it.

Two wonderful days in Bormio Daniela and Piera have shown themselves very helpful since booking. Arriving in Bormio we were greeted with a delicious tart. our experience at the Stelvio chalet was excellent. Hospitality and a comfortable and cared environment, what else to ask? recommended

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Private parking where you can leave your car comfortably and a really convenient position to reach Bormio, about 5 minutes by car. Excellent cleaning, both of the places and of the things made available, such as dishes and linens. Note on Claudio, for his kindness and availability. Having had the misfortune of having happened in the "emergency health" period, we had to cancel our travel plans. Despite this, the reception was the best, the willingness to offer us alternatives to spend our days was timely, and the apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate us more hours than expected. So I would recommend it, even just to spend a few days of rest and escape from the usual rhythms, especially for those who come, like us, from the city.

This was a great apartment. So clean with a really hot powerful shower, great little kitchen, tv and fast WiFi.. fab to have our own parking space on the property, really quiet location.. really warm and cosy so I highly recommend. Gill and Jack

Located a few minutes drive from Bormio, the house is located at the top of a small slope: there is a private car park which is accessed through a slightly narrow space and which requires some attention when entering by car , but it is nothing to worry about and get used to it quickly. The house is spotless and has a beautiful balcony with mountain views: the spaces are comfortable and clean towels and sheets were provided. The only flaw is perhaps the mattress a little too thin, but the quality of sleep is still sufficient. Both Claudio and Martina were very fast both in the answers and in satisfying our requests, kind and punctual. My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend in October, and we definitely recommend this place.

The house is practically in the center of Bormio, just take a descent to get to the center. The house is equipped with all the comforts, all the accessories that everyone has at home. The furniture is nice and the services (bathroom and kitchen) are new. Excellent the terrace of the house with a beautiful view. A special thanks to Cinzia who treated us really well! This is a great little apartment very central to everything in Bormio. Nice balcony for food or drinks - big enough for two people and wonderful views. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals and the small fridge was perfect sized for food and drink. Enough space for a week (or more) stay no problem and we didn't have any trouble parking very close, though as with any small hilly town in Europe you have to be comfortable driving narrow hilly alleys. Wonderful hosts as well. Very nice stay.

Cinzia was very kind and very helpful in welcoming us and giving us directions. The house is very clean and tidy. We found ourselves very well and recommend it. Upon our arrival they offered us a delicious apple pie for breakfast.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the cleanliness is perfect! The location is excellent, in the very center of the historic city .. ski-bus is just a two minute walk, supermarkets, like everything is within walking distance, everything is absolutely nearby! Cozy and warm comfortable house. Very close to the shuttle to reach the slopes that can be reached with boots on. A stone's throw from the center with all the restaurants and shops in Bormio. The owners have the bar below so always present for any need.

Bruno’s apartment is in a perfect location to access the wonderful city centre as well as a short walk to the Spa and the ski lift, etc. Bruno and his mother were very kind in many ways that we were not anticipating. The apartment was perfect - new and very clean as well as comfortable.

It was all really perfect, cleanliness, courtesy, hospitality and availability. Bruno an excellent super Host! The apartment is very nice and in a strategic position both for the slopes and for the city center! All impeccable!

Bruno is an exceptional host. Very kind and super helpful, he guided us in every step. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and welcoming. It has all the necessary comforts. The location is strategic and perfect, in the center and very close to the parking lot. Surely, if it happens again, we will choose this solution again to stay in Bormio. Very recommended!

great hospitality, I stayed in many AirBnb in Italy and Europe but this I must say that it was one of the cleanest and most accessoria..proprietari fantastic, room with super-equipped bathroom is very pretty. I recommend it to everyone!

Nicoletta's home is really comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very cozy and had everything. The bathroom was small, with a shower, a toilet, a small hair dryer but no bidet. The room was warm and even had a small bar fridge where Nicoletta made us find water and something for breakfast the next day, including a small tart. The place is easy to reach and Bormio is perfectly reached in 30 minutes by car. Private parking is available inside Nicoletta's residence. We enjoyed it very much and we thank Nicoletta so much for her hospitality. I hope to find you again!

Not to mention the surprise found in the apartment for breakfast, everything taken care of in the smallest details ... small accommodation ideal for a couple but with all the comforts and very very nice and original. the apartment is located in a very convenient position both to reach the gondola lift for bormio 2000 (5 minutes on foot) and to reach the center of Bormio (5/6 minutes on foot) and also wanting the thermal baths (not the old ones) in 10 minutes. we left the car in the garage for the whole stay. excellent hospitality. the house is spacious and equipped with everything, perfect for cooking if you want. also suitable for a child.

Sara’s apartment is gorgeous. it is spacious, with a good interior design and 2 backyards. it’s located in only 5 min to funicular on foot and 10 min to the city center. another great advantage is an underground parking. totally recommended.

Definitely to recommend. Emilio is really friendly and helpful, the flat is nicely located, has a lot of space and a nice sunny terrace. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. To summarise: everything was at least as expected.

Perctecly situated juste down the stelvio pass. Perfect for bikers on roadtrip. Can welcome a big group. Very well equiped and the owner is very nice. I would deffenitly recommand that place!

The room might be too little to one's preferences, but that is the very minor thing compared to what you get. The amazing view from the window, private entrance and the bathroom, perfect location, free car parking just nearby and the greatest of all - the breakfasts. Very big thank you to the apartment owner for the hospitality and flexibility with the checking in and out. Very much recommended.

We stayed in Bormio for 2 days in this very nice and comfortable apartment with a wonderful mountain view. Mattia's mother welcomed us, very courteous and available for any of our requests. Excellent location, always free parking 50 meters from the house. Every morning we found an abundant breakfast punctually and, in the evening, a nice hot herbal tea. For every request Lisa has always been available and very kind. Highly recommended

Beautiful experience at Mattia's house, room with balcony and wonderful view of the valley, equipped with all comforts, private bathroom and independent entrance. Marta's apartment is delicious, I wouldn't know how to find a fault even if I wanted to. Enviable position in the historic center of Bormio. Marta is kind and helpful.

We are a family of 4, our boys are 1 and 3. This was the perfect spot for us. We could walk everywhere, to the thermal baths, for food or to the grocery, to parks, even to the gondolas at Bormio 2000. There is even a gate to keep the little guys safe and away from the few steps in the apartment. Our 3 year old was so says to leave, “but this is the best place in Europe mom!” We will come back. The hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with. I just can’t say enough kind things about them or their place. We loved it.

Very nice apartment in the center of Bormio. They didn't miss anything (everything was there in the house). Accurate in reception and always available (even if we didn't need it). Cleanliness of the GREAT premises. Being in the center, all the useful shops are very close (butcher, baker, bar, rotisserie, dairy, greengrocer, hardware store etc.) and also shopping. The walks are very many, some with the departure near the house (behind the tower) but many others outside. There is no garage but the host found us a comfortable and safe solution for the car. I absolutely recommend this apartment for the convenient location, for the services provided by the host and for the availability of information. We will certainly come back!

The house is beautiful and very welcoming, the rooms spacious and bright with a beautiful mountain view. The house is located 6-7 minutes by car from Bormio, therefore a very convenient position. Absolutely to come back! PS. From the photos you can see the shower with a plastic curtain but they have the new shower cubicle now.

These days it's seldom that we are surprised and delighted with a lodging experience, but Fiorella's Air BnB did just that. It was new, clean and amazing. The lodging unit could be featured in Architectural Digest! And Fiorella herself was sweet, helpful and prompt. She offered to make dinner reservations for us and suggested places for us to visit. The mountain view out the front window could be on a postcard. We hope to visit again. Thank you, Fiorella for a wonderful experience.

Everything as described. Very stylish chalet, extremely helpful host and beautiful location with spectacular views. Highly recommended! One thing to note... be aware of road closures in the area - as this can make your journey to the chalet a lot longer.
