Chalet Heaven Mottolino è un’antica e bellissima Baita di montagna recentemente ristrutturata che ha saputo mantenere lo stile caratteristico del territorio ma con un tocco di modernità al suo interno. La Baita è ubicata in una posizione unica, direttamente sulle piste del Mottolino, vicino al ristoro “Tea Al Planel”, in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos del centro di Livigno. L’appartamento Valery Charme è un bellissimo e spazioso bilocale situato a pian terreno (lato valle) con vista panoramica sul paese e ben esposto al sole. L’appartamento è stato costruito nel 2023, è ammobiliato in stile tradizionale ma moderno e dispone di molti comfort che vi faranno godere appieno della vostra vacanza. L’ambiente interno è composto da un’ampia camera matrimoniale fornita di materassi di primissima qualità, ampia cucina-soggiorno attrezzata con divano letto a due posti e bagno con doccia. Nell’appartamento troverete un pratico e veloce piano cottura ad induzione, un forno a microonde, la lavastoviglie, la lavatrice e molti utensili di cucina per poter preparare deliziosi pranzi e cene con la vostra famiglia. ATTENZIONE - Lo chalet si trova all'interno del perimetro olimpico, nel periodo che intercorre il 24 gennaio ed il 23 febbraio, l'accesso all'area è soggetto a controlli di sicurezza e richiede un accredito olimpico, che viene rilasciato solo dopo un controllo dei precedenti personali (background check). La baita è raggiungibile nei seguenti modi: – in inverno Non è raggiungibile con auto o fuoristrada, Con gli Sci direttamente dalle piste del Mottolino, A piedi con circa 20/30 minuti di camminata sulla pista da sci (sono disponibili gratuitamente le ciaspole), In Motoslitta/Fuoristrada (a seconda del periodo) con prenotazione al costo di € 50,00 a viaggio (al check-in e al check-out il servizio è incluso nel prezzo, per gli altri giorni il servizio è soggetto a disponibilità e con limiti di orario che verranno valutati di volta in volta). – in estate in bicicletta dalle piste del Mottolino, dal sentiero panoramico o dalla strada sterrata, in auto dalla strada sterrata strada dissestata serve un auto 4X4 e non troppo bassa, a piedi con circa 20/30 minuti di camminata su strada sterrata o dal sentiero nel bosco. The chalet, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to four people.
