The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

Worth seeing in the yard: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the ceramic studio YELLOW CUBE . The Kunsthof is located on the edge of Rostock Heide, inexpensive on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. Baltic Sea+ shopping is 5 km away. Bus stop almost outside of the door.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. About 16 km from Rostock it is a good starting point for exploring the area, by car, bike or on foot, for the beach at 26 km distance or simply to relax in the quiet of the small village in the countryside. Of course, a longer stay, e.g. for professional or training reasons, is possible by appointment.
