I'm done with this accommodation, first because I'm also a host and I learned a lot at Lina and Paul's house, they are extremely careful with the information, attentive, the house is very clean, full of special care and very well equipped, we feel very good in this stay. I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation, the house is warm, pleasant and cozy. With many closets, great for a longer stay. It was a delight to have breakfast and watch a movie on the sofa! The quality of the bath was excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location is great, for commuting to downtown Toronto, it was just a few minutes walk and soon we were at the station! Fab place to stay even in the depths of winter! Very easy walk to the GO train if you don’t have a car. Was lovey to stay outside the city but was very easy to get into the city. Paul even picked us up from the train station which was very handy as it was snowing and we had our luggage. Would highly recommend staying here! And only image how lovely it’ll be stay in the warmer months.

My fourth stay here, so obviously a great space. Grab it if ever available. Clean, spacious, fully equipped, great bed and bathroom and kitchen. Terrific hosts.

What can I say that others have not?!? This place is amazing! We went up north for our American Thanksgiving. This place has all you need and more... can you say beautiful backyard with a HOT TUB! You cant get a more clean or stylish place. Caroline was more than accommodating! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I even asked her if she had an instapot and she went out and purchased one! We have already recommended this place to several others and hope to be back next fall! Thanks so much for everything!

Caroline's place was an excellent retreat away from the bustle of the city. In a quiet neighborhood, the home was well cared for and had a lovely backyard with hot tub. The apartment itself was comfortable and thoroughly stocked. The neighborhood seems decent for walking, though when we were there the weather was lousy so walking was not a priority. Caroline was a very considerate hostess, and we'd gladly stay there again. Again, the late-night hot tubbing was a perfect way to end our days touring around Toronto.

Excellent place to stay for a weekend or longer I am sure. Quiet and dark for sleeping, close enough to walk for meals, quiet area in a big city.

Gina’s place was excellent. It is very clean and the convenient of the parking space makes travelling with a car at ease. Gina response to messages very fast. She is always there to help if you need anything or have any trouble. It is definitely worth coming back again. Thank you Gina!

This is a great space at a great rate, well- and thoughtfully-equipped, easy to navigate and nice to be in. Gina is a very clear and responsive communicator, and I would definitely return to this space during my next trip to Toronto!

It's more convenient to take a taxi and take the bus. It's good. It's easy to cook. On the 30th floor, the view is wide and the security measures downstairs are well done

Joanne was very accommodating and the suite was very clean. Although there was a little hiccup with the check in, everything else was great. Do note that you can hear footsteps and talking from above since the suite is in the basement. All in all, it is a nice place and we would stay here again.

Joanna’s place is the same as in her pictures! Cozy, clean and beautiful. Her husband welcomed us waiting in front of the place and guided us inside. They had tea and coffee for us as well. Joanna is very friendly and comprehensive, she was able to accommodate for all of our requests! Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely return!

Charles is a gracious host, very kind and accommodating. He provided me with a parking spot in his driveway, separate entrance and walk out to a deck in the back yard that was private. It was a lovely setting that was peaceful and tranquil, close to amenities and transportation routes. I highly recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in the area, it's reasonably priced and has everything you need for your stay.

I stayed at Charles apartment for two weeks with my mom who was visiting Canada for the first time. We had a very comfortable stay. It was a big hard adjusting to not having a stove but all the necessary cooking equipments we needed was available. 🙂 Though we were on the lower floor /above ground basement , it was very quiet and peaceful. Thanks Charles. If you're staying in the winter ,the slope going down to the apartment is very steep but I'd well kept (salted) by Charles and his wife . Definetely recommend!

Staying at Violets place was great. She allowed us to check-in early with no problem. Just keep in mind her space is a basement, we weren’t aware until we arrived (the description was changed after we booked her place). Nonetheless, her space was very clean and worth the value. Would recommend !

Doug’s place was very clean and was even better than we expected! He was great with communication and very helpful. He had an amazon fire stick so we could use our disney+ account etc. You could hear the people above a bit, but that’s what’s expected. He was very kind and welcoming and very nicely waved us a goodbye once we left. I would for sure recommend this place to friends and would stay here again.

John’s place exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for two weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic, and spent much longer than we normally would inside, and it was fantastic! John was a great host, especially during such uncertain times, checking in with us as we crossed paths. The place was spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. We were able to work remotely at the desk, and still have the island surface and stools as another space to enjoy - in this case doing puzzles! The kitchen was stocked just enough, so that we could cook during our stay. The bed was very comfortable! John also helped us find all of the amazing trails near by so that we could get out for our daily walks. The location is great - safe and secure neighbourhood, close to trails and amenities. We would highly recommend John’s place!

I was honored to be thevery first airbnb guest at Devans, it was a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

Darcy and George were great hosts, with a super clean house and a lovely cute dog. We enjoyed our time in their place and looking forward to go back there again.

I chose Darcy's place for a friend of mine who is paranoid about safety and cleanliness. She found Darcy to be warm, friendly and inviting. She also made her feel comfortable which helped with her safety concerns. Darcy's place was a home away from home for her. I also experienced her hospitality when I went to pick up my friend. I have a 4 month old daughter and Darcy was more than willing to allow me to breastfeed my baby while my friend was getting ready to leave.

Upon entering George and Darcy’s home, we felt welcome. These are hosts who go out of their way to insure your stay is a comfortable one. They are quick with recommendations as to where to eat and what to do around Ajax and Toronto. And there are plenty of options! Each morning started out with a lovely continental breakfast, and each day ended with a restful night’s sleep. There’s no doubt- when you enter this “home with a happy heart”, by the time your stay is done, you’ll look forward to when you can perhaps enter again!

Excellent value. Always perfectly clean, and Tuti responds almost instantaneously to any questions or requests. I was staying here just as the COVID-19 restrictions rolled out, and Tuti provided disinfectant for everyone. Her and Yanto were also very flexible with changing the reservation when I had to fly back home. Great location, 5 min walking to Bestco, 10 min bike ride to No Frills, and 20 min walk to Agincourt GO station for travel downtown. I would stay again if I was in town!

Thank you very much! The room and shower toilet were super super clean! I think there were 4 ppl staying from Airbnb but there were two bathrooms so I could always use a shower whenever I wanted to! The kitchen is perfect for cooking too. The host always responds very quick and said okay for the late check out as I asked for some reason and no one was coming on the check out day. Very kind and thoughtful! Thank you very much again.

The place is sparkling clean with very useful amenities such as stove, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and water kettle. All amenities are in perfect working condition. Hosts Tutin and Yantor are professional and courteous. The best part or staying here are the free coffee, creamer, super and tea bags. Thank you for that. Though it is a basement, I didn't find it uncomfortably cold during snow time. Yantor is considerate to adjust the heater for our convenience.all in all I enjoyed my stay here and I got more than I expected from here.

I stayed at Tuti's place for 16 days. I thank you a lot for having me and for the hospitality and help. The nice room is indeed a nice little room in the basement with bed desk and coat rack, the only things I didn't like was the musty smell and that I had to clean it first on arrival as it hasn't been cleaned before. Kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary stuff and were shared with 3 other people. A few things like spices, sieves and boxes would be nice but are not compulsory. What you see is what you get... cozy,cute,clean. Close to the freeway. There’s a great eatery near by which is my favorite when I visit family in Toronto . Angelique’s is walking distance from Varghese home . Beautiful neighborhood and safe as well. The host is very quick to respond as well. All the comforts of him at your finger tips .

Truly a cozy stay!

Great place, a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures. But it has everything and more. 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms, coming together with a perfect host! He was willing to help me out with my car rental problems, called a few companies for me and even gave me a ride to the train station! Would definitely come back and stay here again!
