Highfields B & B, unique central Skipton locationT

PLEASE NOTE Cleanliness is very important to me. I now use the sanitising product Edge Protect to clean hard surfaces. I have removed surplus soft furnishings. I can leave breakfast out to reduce contact if you so wish. Highfields has an elevated position in central Skipton with panoramic views over rooftops and the Airedale Valley. The house is on the edge of Skipton Woods, is private and yet just 3 minutes walk from the town centre. There is ample parking and we are family and dog friendly.

The entrance features a wooden door with glass panels, revealing a patterned tile floor. An elegant wooden staircase leads upwards, complemented by decorative light fixtures. Historical details are showcased on the walls, adding to the Victorian charm of the space.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in a cosy private room in our home, which is a lovely barn conversion with south facing views. Parking on site with security camera. Waddams Barn is a fabulous barn conversion at the heart of this lovely Dales village. Within a few minutes walking distance are the Fox and Hounds and the Wensleydale Heifer. One offering fine 5* dining and the other a popular Camra traditional pub with a great atmosphere.

This stylish and peaceful place is perfect for couples. Beautiful bedroom with king size four poster bed and comfortable sofa. Fridge, TV, Refreshments tray, Wi-Fi. Separate large private bathroom. Use of garden, covered terrace and billiards room. Off and on street parking in a quiet residential area with easy access to the City Centre. Well behaved dogs welcome but not to be left alone in the room and on lead in public areas please.
