The ideal place for hosting a holiday with both friends and family (and dogs!). Located within the old town walls of Rye and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rye High Street is just a minute's walk up cobbled Conduit Hill. The space The home offers exceptional space with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A double sided wood burner in the centre of the living area is fully functional and guests are welcome to enjoy this feature. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and one double bedroom - suitable for wheelchair use. As you continue upstairs you arrive at the second double bedroom and the main bathroom. Just past these is a twin room with single beds that can both be pulled out in to doubles. The master bedroom located at the far end of the property features an en-suite shower, super king sized bed and a picturesque view over part of Rye. The front doors can be both opened to allow for wheelchair access. Pets are allowed but confirm with ask us before you book. We recommend booking for up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children. There is a fire pit and outdoor seating in the outside area.

This light and airy sunny room has its own entrance exclusively for our guests, via a pair of french doors off a patio, also exclusively for guests use. ensuite shower room and super king size bed. the room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa in super king size bed, or a evening beverage on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

Pebbles is a private annexe at our home in Pett Level, a haven of quiet and calmness. We are only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by fabulous countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. There is a bright lounge with french doors overlooking the garden, wet room, double bedroom and fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

A beautiful little cottage at the bottom of the old town of Rye with an open fire, sweet bathroom & private courtyard. It suits a couple & child (3 guests max). Beautiful decor & very cosy. Fast Wifi, Sky TV, logs & coal, tea & coffee, biscuits etc. The beds have extremely comfortable mattresses with the finest pillows & duvets. Bike rental is available opposite the house to explore the area. Come back from the beach, light the fire, have a bath, pour a glass of vino and totally relax!

It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!!
