Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! Snowmobile trails are also accessible nearby!
