Beautiful low bank water frontage on Sand Lake. A hidden gem of a lake! The 272 acre lake is deep (100 ft max), super clean, loaded with fish and plenty big enough for most water sports. The frontage has a gradual depth out to the end of the dock perfect for relaxing in a lawnchair or playing games with family and friends.
