Optimal transport connections, 3 minutes to the Kerpen A4/A61 highway junction, Cologne West with shopping center in about 12 minutes. Phantasialand Brühl is about 15 minutes., Brühler Schloss [Brühl Castle] in about 20 minutes, S-Bahn connection in the neighboring village, about 20 minutes to Cologne main station.

Our lovingly furnished apartment Elfi is located in the heart of the Eifel and on the edge of the national park. Pure nature at your doorstep. It is a paradise for hikers & bikers. The apartment is located on the second floor with a spacious terrace and views of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped. The separate bedroom with double bed (200 × 200 cm) is connected to the light-flooded living room with sofa bed (130 × 200 cm). The bathroom with walk-in shower and all other rooms are accessible.

Apartment in renovated farmhouse

2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The property is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Whether it's a weekend trip or a vacation - you will be delighted by the countryside around Bad Münstereifel-Eschweiler and the adjacent nature reserves. There is a lot to explore and you can start numerous hiking trails directly from the apartment. The 90 m² apartment offers plenty of space. A large living-dining area with open kitchen is complemented by two bedrooms (each with a double bed). A terrace with a view and a modern bathroom complete the apartment. You won't want for anything.

Located in the center of Waimes and at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, 5 and 7 km from the lakes of Robertville and Butgenbach, as well as 15 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. This 41 m² apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance and includes a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom. It has private parking and a bike garage. You will find a bakery/grocery store, butcher, as well as a pizzeria, sandwich shop, fry shop and restaurants within 500 m.

From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.

My house is located on the southern outskirts of Ulmen, is very centrally located in Weidenstraße 7A – not far from the Ulmener Maar and the castle ruin. A few years ago, there was still an old barn on this property, which my brothers lovingly converted into a characterful and rustic country house. On the cozy wooden terrace you can end the day and enjoy the idyll of the evening.
