Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Schöne Einliegerwohnung im modernen Haus am Wald

Hallo, ich bin seit einiger Zeit AirBnb-Fan und habe nur gute Erfahrungen gesammelt. Somit biete auch ich diese Whg. bei AirBnb an. Wer zum BVB Spiel möchte, dem können wir ggf. Karten besorgen. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Min. von öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und hat eine gute Autobahnanbindung in schöner Umgebung und ist geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien. Gelegentlich kommen meine Kinder nach Hause und nutzen eines der Zimmer. Das gebe ich Euch vor der Buchung bekannt.

Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment im Grünen mit Wallbox. Das 36 qm große Apartment befindet sich in einem 2 Familienhaus in dem wir und eine Tochter mit Kind wohnen. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und WC, sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheschrank. Der Wohnraum ist mit der Schlafecke ( ein Doppelbett) verbunden, optisch durch ein Sideboard mit Fernseher getrennt. Die Küche enthält alle Küchengeräte wie Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und weiteres Zubehör.

Unser helles, gemütliches und preiswertes Nichtraucher-Appartement erwartet Dich im ehemaligen Stiftamtmannshaus in Sichtweite zur Gaststätte Saure, der Alten Kornbrennerei und der Musikschule. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, die Grundschule Am Strückerberg, die Erlöserkirche, eine Sparkasse und etwa 300 m entfernt die attraktive Gevelsberger Innenstadt mit Einzelhandel, Cafes, Restaurants, Supermärkten... We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
