Ideally located just outside of Ruhpolding, our renovated holiday apartment is the perfect holiday destination for 2-4 guests. (And should you wish to come with a few more people, it is even possible to book a double bedroom and bathroom in addition). The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and 2 fold out armchairs. The combined kitchen & living space has a well equipped kitchen with a dining area as well as a large convertible sofa. Benefit:"Chiemgaukarte" - many activities for FREE!

Spacious, modern 100 m2 apartment in the pedestrian zone on the 1st floor of a 3 party house. Surrounded south-east balcony facing the spa park. Living room with sitting and dining area. Two bedrooms, daylight bathroom with shower, separate guest toilet. Kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee machine (Nespresso and filter), a kettle, toaster, etc. TOURIST TAX is not included, infants please on request.

Gruberhörndlblick vacation home

Our apartment with a south-facing balcony is located close to the mountains and in winter close to the cross-country ski trail. The Lofer and Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski resorts are also only 20-30 minutes away by car. The center of Inzell is a 15-minute walk. There are restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shopping facilities (Penny and Edeka are a 12-15 minute walk away). We are happy to recommend a few cafes/restaurants in and around Inzell, if needed.

You live at the foot of the Alps directly on the ascent to the Zinnkopf, in a traffic-calmed side street, but are in 10 minutes walk in the village center. For your car we have a lockable garage. You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know
