The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Apartment No. 1 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. Also the national park and harbor are only about 5 min away by foot. The apartment has a living-bedroom, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.
