New, elegant apartment of 50 m2, with terrace, near the city center of Lubin, not far from the S3 road and close to the train station. The accommodation consists of a dressing room and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine as well as an iron and a toilet at the entrance. POPIELATO - a small house (35 m²) with a hot tub for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten Mountains. The house has two separate bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub accessible directly from the large terrace. Firewood is at your disposal free of charge.
