Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the property, the exposed old beams are reminiscent of the history of the building. By car or train you can quickly reach the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund.
