The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two people, by the tiled stove, at breakfast on the terrace and in the pavilion with lake views. Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Cars can unload in front of the door and park for free in a rented parking lot in the old town, all within a few minutes' walk. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

The romantic studio apartment in the country house is located in Menzlin. The quiet village is 2 km from the Peene, the "Amazon of the North." From here you can go hiking, boating, paddling or cycling in the wild nature of the Peeneurstrom Valley and the Viking settlement "Altes Lager Menzlin." The Baltic Sea island of Usedom and the beach are 30 km away. Anklam and Greifswald are the nearest cities and are worth a visit.
