My apartment is in a beautiful 18th century building and it's recently been renovated with a lot of love and care. It's within walking distance to the beaches and really close to the main square and the Cathedral. My place is ideal for some privacy and a lovely romantic escape - it's really quiet at night. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll love this place for its ambience, comfy beds, the neighbourhood, the outdoor space and light.

An outdoor dining area is set by the seafront, featuring a white table with plates and cups arranged for a meal. A bowl of fruits and pastries sits at the center, with the shimmering sea visible in the background, enhancing the serene coastal atmosphere.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

A serene bedroom features a modern freestanding bathtub beside large glass windows that offer views of a pool and surrounding greenery. Soft curtains frame the windows, while a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the spacious bed.
