Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

"Atmospheric guesthouse by the sea"

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has its own entrance, can accommodate 2 people (no babies) and has its own terrace on the water. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind. Wake up on the water, quiet, outside and yet in the city. In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.
