Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with a Giant Flemish bunny, chickens and our 7 year old Labrador Rex. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & heaps of love for our home

Riverside Cottage on Lake Rotorua

Riverside cottage is nestled on the banks of the peaceful Ngongotaha trout stream. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and views over the stream to the fields and valley beyond. You are close to Rotorua's main attractions: Mitai Māori village, Zorb, The Gondola, Luge, Paradise Valley and many others. The local amenities include a cafe, a well-stocked superette, bakeries, a chemist and post office all within walking distance. Rotorua centre is only a short, ten minute drive around the lake.

Separate apartment overlooking Lake Tarawera

Beautifully appointed guest suite, separate from the main house and with breathtaking panoramic views over the lake, a stay at Fantail Loft is the perfect antidote to the stresses of life. Sit and relax, listening to the birdsong, or take a short stroll down the hill to sheltered Otumutu Lagoon, a perfect spot to kayak and swim. The Penthouse Studio at Lake Tarawera

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Kings Retreat Cottage

Please note our price includes cleaning fees Our beautiful cottage has been described as “a hidden gem”. It is very spacious with two queen size beds. There is a gorgeous wrap around couch that is large enough for two adults to lie comfortably to read a book or watch t.v. The big screen TV has Netflix available for your viewing pleasure. There is an ample dining table and a kitchenette equiped with an electric jug, toaster, microwave and a small fridge.

Our cosy lakeside lodge has two double bedrooms and is fully self contained with kitchen. Direct access to the Ngongotaha Lakefront Reserve and and small walk through the property to Lake Rotorua. One tandem kayak is free to use. The cottage is 5 min away to the village and 15min to Rotorua Central. Our place is good for couples or families with children! Free unlimited fibre wife is also available.
