Best location, 10 minutes' walk from the city park and the old town, numerous excursion possibilities nearby. The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently.
