We have taken an individual and high-quality approach to the furnishing and have used little of the bar. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, city harbour or beach. The apartment has a great transport connection and is nevertheless very quiet.

In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and Lindenpark. Most facultäts building of the University of Rostock in walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it's a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV neighborhood.
