We have the rare privilege of living on 3 acres in town! Our home is 4600sf and shaped like an "L." The bottom part of the "L" is our guest house and we are super excited to welcome guests to our new bnb. We are only 6 miles from beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene and only 3 miles to Hayden Lake. Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
