The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley.
