The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Erlebt bei uns die Jahreszeiten von der Obstblüte im April bis zur Apfelernte im Oktober, die bunten Wälder im November und das ruhige Tal im Winter zum Winterwandern und Wohlfühlen am Kamin.
