Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there can be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easygoing. A cat may come for a visit. Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Gamla skolan on Vik

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful accommodation with proximity to everything beautiful in Österlen. The house is located just one kilometer from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches (Google Knäbäckshusen) and many cozy cafés and eateries. A fenced plot with barbecue and dining area and access to a spacious greenhouse where it is nice in the evenings when the temperature goes down. Guests always get eggs from the farm's chickens and must from the farm's apple orchard.

This cottage is located in the heart of Österlen (Sweden´s Tuscany) in a picturesque little village called Rörum. The house was originally the village blacksmith´s workshop. The cottage is newly renovated with natural and allergy friendly materials. The cottage has a view of the famous Lonely tree. Mandelmanns gardens are within a short walking distance and the beach is about 3km away. Closest restaurant is across the street.

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.
