It’s a studio apartment equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with Jacuzzi system. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary for cooking, there is fridge, microwave and electric cooking plates. In the room there is a little desk, a dining table and a sofa convertible in bed. The sofa opened give a real bed with a 1.60m large mattress. The flat is comfortable and the industrial decoration give a cozy atmosphere. There is a door code for self check in.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.

Tom's sauna LITTLE

Take a breath and regain your strength in this romantic spot on the banks of the Little Yugla River. Perfectly fits for relaxing on your own. Wood fired wet sauna (max temp. 80°C) available for additional cost of €25/4h. Inside - kitchen area (dishes, electric stove, kettle, fridge), radio, TV, WC, shower. Outside – BBQ with utensils, gazebo, rocking chair. Hot tub is also available from €60 for an additional charge.

BLACK HOUSE - premium holiday house

Premium holiday house Blackhouse combines a high level of comfort, modern technology and nature. The Blackhouse has a studio-style living room with kitchen, a bedroom and aroma sauna. In the courtyard under the open sky you can relax in the HotSpring 5-seater jacuzzi. Near to it you can swim in the pool. Сigar lovers can enjoy the cigar lounge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the nature and forest around you. Pool in summer and hot tub in winter will make your holidays more special. The sauna is available all year round. Hot tub and sauna are not included in the price. Please ask about availability.
