This is a place where you can relax after an active day and feel at home. The apartment has two sleeping places – a very comfortable 1,40m wide double bed in a separate bedroom, plus a sofa in the living area, which serves as an additional sleeping space. The kitchen area is combined with the living room. The bathroom is spacious and bright, equipped with everything you need. The location is convenient – just 1 min walking distance is the nearest tram stop and it takes about 10 min to get to the city centre.

Comfy apartment is located in Jugla district, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with an expandable couch. Ideal for singles, working expats, couples and a family with 1 child. Fast WiFi. Kitchen is accessible from the living room. Bathroom has a WC and a bathtub with an overhead shower. Located on a 5th floor(no elevator). Nearby plenty of grocery stores, a forest area with a lake is a short walk away. Excellent public transport lines to the center. Car parking in the area is free.

Apartment is placed just one stop to the huge shopping mall Alfa. Tram and bus stops are just infront of the building(Meža Skola stop) goes directly to the center. Apartment is 25 skv.m., placed on the 1st floor. 1-2 people will feel very comfortable, but for short term there is extra folding sofa size 140X200 which can fit more 1-2 people. Apartment includes everything for living, like bedsheets, towels, kitchenware. Washing mashine is with drying function. Can provide baby chair and etc.

Arī patreiz tur nav augstceltnes, tāpēc sajūta, kā jaukā mazpilsētā, kaut Rīgas centrālā Brīvības iela ir tikai 800m attālumā. Vietas nosaukums cēlies no tur augušām daudz priedēm ar lieliem čiekuriem. Tieši blakus mājai ir busa Nr.9 pietura, kas ved tieši uz centru, un uz ZOO un Lielāko Parku pie ezera.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.
