Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

We turn what was a 3 bedroom apt. into one very spacious one bedroom open concept apt. while keeping the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom for privacy, we will be hosting guests during stay and available for tour of the city if needed.
