The view

The reason why we choose to rent out a space this summer is because of good experiences from renting out space last year, when we rented out space in Ålesund city centre. We are going on our own Norwegian holiday and then it is nice that others can take advantage of this gem. All bedrooms are of good size, so should you bring an extra travel bed there is more than enough space to take off. There is also plenty of room for storage of clothes, shoes and div. The house has a quiet atmosphere, with pleasant colors. A brand new sofa is also expected in June/July. Then there will be a sofa in both living rooms. On sunny days, you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony at the bottom of the house, overlooking the lake bay, lepsøya and Ellingsøya. Here too, some shipping traffic passes. On the terrace downstairs we have toys for children, as well as some seating. On the top of the house we mostly sit when we are going to enjoy the sun a little in the afternoon. Here it is still, with the possibility of shielding if you want it. There is also access to a common children's play area. There are also several areas for play for larger children nearby. It is home to small, large and four-legged people. So animals are also welcome as long as they are housebroken. Feel free to reach out to me for more questions.

The house has everything you need for both shorter and longer stays. Bedroom on the first floor is closed. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is open in both directions and towards the staircase. It is possible to put the beds together in different combinations such as double beds or single beds. Cots and equipment are available.

Family and pet friendly with fenced garden on both sides of the townhouse. 10 min walking distance to grocery store, center, water park, football fields, large play areas and bus space. 10 min by car to ski center. Good hiking opportunities just outside the door. We have a dog, and other dogs are welcome, so you should not have allergies. Furniture and interior may be slightly changed upon rental.

Stor og romslig tomannsbolig sentralt på sunnmøre leies ut i perioder da jeg jobber på sjøen og huset står tomt. Boligen består av to etasjer, hvor det blant annet er to bad, to store soverom(+ kontor som kan evnt brukes som soverom nr 3), stor stue med sofa/tvplass og spisestue. Kjøkken har alt nødvendig, og også et spisebord med 4 stoler. Uteplass består av hage og markterrasse. Grill og paviljong på sommertid. Geiranger, trollstigen og Ålesund sentrum er bare en liten biltur unna!
