Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Charming basement apartment in a quiet location.✨ Our lovingly renovated basement apartment offers a cozy retreat. It was furnished with a lot of dedication and has a modern yet warm style. We, that is Maurice, our two sons and I, live in the house ourselves. 🔑 The apartment has a separate entrance and you can, if you like, easily remove the key from a key box. I will also be happy to welcome you personally.

The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Guest room in the old town

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Seeburg vacation home House Vjollca

In this accommodation there is the adventure playground directly adjacent to the cottage. The children can play carefree, while the family can enjoy the peace on the terrace. The nature outdoor swimming pool is located three minutes walk from the holiday home. The Harz is also within half an hour.

Place to sleep at the Jakobsweg

My small Pony Pension is located directly on the Way of St. James next to 3 larger riding stables in a horse-friendly area. You look in the green and on horse pastures. Own animals in the apartment are not allowed. if you stay as a pillgrim we can talk about the price.
