The summer residence is idyllically located with large green area around that belongs to the property. 20 min drive to parking space for Pulpit Rock. The house is built in 1927 and has a mix of old and new interiors. Kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge. The house is well equipped with lots of kitchen equipment. There is a private dining room with a view of the fjord. Living room with sofa and good light. There is a private TV room with exit to the terrace. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, simple standard.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

Old farm, newly renovated and expanded. 80 meters from the sea with boathouse, pier and boat that can be used by agreement. Only 6 km from Sveio golf park, one of the country's finest golf courses. The place is also close to parts of the trail network of Nordsjøløypa. From Mølstrevåg (2,5 km) the hiking trail starts to Ryvarden Kulturfyr. If you bike Nordsjøvegen between Stavanger and Bergen you pass our house.
