Es handelt sich um eine traumhafte Villa im Schwedenhaus-Stil auf einem 5.000 qm großen, sonnigen und uneinsehbaren Grundstück. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit 6 Schlafplätzen, 2 vollwertige Bäder und eine Sauna mit Tauchbad. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große Wohnküche mit offenem Zugang zum hellen und großzügigen Wohnzimmer. Sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnzimmer gibt es mehrere Türen in den Garten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 geräumige und liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer.

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

A spacious cozy villa (5 BHK) for short/long stay

Probably it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Zum Haus gehört ein eigener Park mit altem Baumbestand, Solitärgehölzen und einem Teich. Der Garten grenzt an ein großes Feld, hinter dem die Ostsee liegt.
