STEEP OPEN STAIRCASE: therefore NOT suitable for people with walking difficulties, small children or drunk people 😉 2 rooms with double bed . Cushions and duvets in down, as well as linen and towels. Older kitchen and bathroom. Laundry, garden, dining area and living room. I need to paint. The house squeaks and the floor on the 1st floor swings 😉 Small home fitness you may use. In the kitchen you may use what is in the cupboards and fridge. Feel free to do laundry . 300 m Coma Supermarket and 200 meters to pizzaria.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the water's edge with lovely panoramic views of the Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern fixtures. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: Playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking not allowed. Probably, it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.
