The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/loungers The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with a lawn, reserved for about 200 square meters.

The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
