Nice house in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood located in-between major highways I-35 and 114. I'm an easy going guy and very respectful. The house is located near the Texas motor speedway, 20 min from the airport, close to major roads. The bedroom is private, comfortable, with a closet and desktop. Parking space are available in the driveway and the street. 1 shared bathroom. No laundry room nor kitchen access.
