Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. Our Baffin on the Rocks Cabins are newly renovated and equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ pit. Each Cabin has two bedrooms (2 queen beds per room), two bathrooms, and a fold-out sofa in the living area. Each cabin has access to the shared pavilion area with a foosball, pool and poker tables. We have 300’ lighted pier for some great fishing, and swimming pool to cool off. Large picnic area shaded by mesquite tree's and plenty of space for outdoor sports fishing kayaks and paddle boards.

The Fishing Spot" on Baffin Bay is a waterfront cabin with 420 ft. of private, lighted pier and cleaning station. The area is known for Trophy Trout and Bull Reds. Create your own fishing tales just steps from the cabin! With over and acre of land and several mesquite trees there is plenty of room to park your boat and vehicles. There is a public boat ramp about 2 1/2 miles away. Also, you can enjoy several restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking your own catch of the day.

Originally a working Cobbler's Barn in the 1930's and then fully remodeled and converted in 2021. Now the space is modern but still retaining the original character and charm.
