Enjoy the trendiness and fun of Riverside!! Located in the best area of the city - a quiet area but just minutes from Jacksonville's best restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Unit recently renovated, 2 bedrooms, queen beds and TV in each one + sofa bed if needed. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and includes 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living room, spacious dining room and a pleasantly furnished porch where you can relax having a cup of coffee. Come and enjoy it!!

This super fun house is perfectly located in Riverside; Jacksonville's most fun neighborhood. You can walk to bars, restaurants, yoga studios, shops, and more. We'll also send you a link to our personal G00gle doc with local tips for things to do, where to shop, and where to eat/drink. Our backyard has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, and even 'smores kits. Plus, we have two bikes that you can use to cruise the neighborhood! The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. Please note that there is no kitchen. Only a microwave and mini fridge. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.
