Cozy inside in the wintertime, also with a park-like setting with walking access down the lush backyard to the river where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching. This is a downstairs unit on a property that has a parklike setting. Surrounded by nature but yet close to shops and dining. Windows to let natural light in. The unit is cozy and comfortable. The ceilings are not a full 8' high. There is a cove for an queen size bed. Another cove with sofa for watching tv or lounging. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Kitchenette with sink, microwave. If you're interested in getting out, we are only a 20 minute drive from Portland and at the center of many other attractions. At the end of the day enjoy the wonderful view of the sunset and settle down in a comfortable king sized bed.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with a family room, dinning area & open kitchen. The master has a king bed, the other two have queen beds, I also have an air mattress if additional sleep space is needed. All bedrooms have closets & TVs, there is a desk and chair for a work space if needed in garage. High speed internet and a fully fenced in back yard with a covered space, table and chairs for relaxing or entertaining.

Quiet location, easy access to I-5, shopping, Lake Oswego, hiking, and the Tualatin River. The cottage has one bedroom w/ a queen bed, blow up queen mattress, and a large couch. The large fir trees on the property attract many birds and squirrels. We also have a flock of neighborhood peacocks that visit!
