You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, bike trails, ski resorts and major sites like Hill Air Force Base, the air museum, dinosaur park, Snow Basin ski resort, Lagoon, Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake. It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s just a great location for work or play. For added security, there are security cameras located outside to monitor the entrance & lighted parking area

You'll be near lots of shopping/restaurants. 30 min to ski resorts. 10 min drive to downtown Ogden and Weber State. Note: You must walk thru the 2nd bedroom to access the kitchen & bathroom.

Only a 30min drive to Snowbasin resort, and Powder Mountain. About 20min away from Pine-view dam. Lots of nearby hiking trails! In the summer, the backyard pool is open. We have a swing-set and trampoline for the kids to enjoy along with a furnished patio! *We have 2 friendly dogs who bark occasionally*
