The Shire House - Blissful Joyful - One Bedroom

The Shire House is grade II listed and dates from 1780. Situated in the heart of Lostwithiel and with the river Fowey just 30 steps away. This is a Georgian townhouse with a walled garden full of sun. Expect lots of character, with contemporary design, and with up to the minute amenities. The minimum stay is usually 3 nights but do contact me if you are only looking for 2 nights as this may be possible. And if you need more than one bedroom we can happily discuss a price for your requirement.

Steep steps up to the property so unsuitable for frail elderly guests. Whilst you can unload directly outside the property there is free parking at the bottom of the road.

Church View Cottage C 1750 and Barn is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hatherleigh’s picturesque market square. Peace and quiet and clear skies are what you will find. The cottage and barn are very well appointed and comfortable, and decorated to a good standard. Good walks or cycling from the door with great pubs, cafe, Co-Op, and chip shop within a few steps. It is also an ideal location for exploring further afield and for Devon in general due to Hatherleigh’s central location.

A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

Penrose is a peaceful 2 bedroom end terrace modern cottage in Boscastle at the top of the village. Ideal for those who want to explore Boscastle or to relax/unwind. A good base for the rest of North Cornwall. 5 mins walk to the Napoleon Inn and SW Coast Path and 10 mins walk down to main shops, pubs and the picturesque harbour. Short drive to great surfing beaches and many attractions for all ages. Parking right outside the door.
