Devon Country B&B suite with private lounge

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Comfortable room with sink, microwave and fridge.

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

Farmhouse annexe with home-cooked breakfast

Self contained bed & breakfast accommodation on a farm surrounded by Bodmin Moor countryside. The one bedroom annexe, our only guest room, is next to the farmhouse with its own entrance, large bedroom/sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities and modern bathroom. A cosy retreat for couples chilling after a day exploring the North Cornwall area. An inclusive Cornish breakfast is served in the farmhouse next door, and there's two great country pubs nearby. One well behaved dog welcome.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with locally made soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit and yogurt. Juice, Cornish Tregothnan Tea and a range of coffees.

The Garden Studio is a large private studio/flat ringed with windows with en suite bathroom, kitchenette with patio and garden - everything you need to be self contained during your stay. The studio is the G/F end of our house with its own access . Located in the centre of Blisland with a green, church, a shop/post office with cafe & award winning pub, a short stumble away. We are on the edge of Bodmin moor with miles of views, walks & wild ponies, only a mile from the Camel Trail.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.
