Peaceful rural rarebreeds farm on the Northants/Cambs border, with EV charger. Near to the East of England Show ground, Peterborough, Stamford, Burghley House & Oundle. Beautiful pub in next village. Light & airy (redecorated Mar ‘23) house with secure off-road parking. Fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher & full-size fridge-freezer. Living room has TV, DVD & Sky TV. Beautiful views across the farm to see the animals:Reindeer, Emu, Ostrich, Rhea, Llama, Camels & Alpaca.

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Many miles of footpaths on the doorstep. There is a heated pool open May-Sept and a tennis court. Please ask us regarding access. Check out our guidebook for things to do

Recently refurbished by the interior decorator owner and still laden with books, it nestles in the heart of the town, with a distinctive style of it's own The book lined living area leads directly into a simple but well equipped kitchenette, onwards to a gorgeous bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Excellent walking, cycling & other activities close by. You’ll love it because of its beamed ceilings, fabulous kitchen in large open plan living area with log burner and doors opening onto private garden. A great place for special occasions, and make the most of your Sunday with our Lazy Sunday check-out time of 4pm.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. Only 4 miles from quaint Stamford and Burghley House or 10 miles to Oundle. Peterborough train station (45 min trains to London KX) is 8 miles away.
