Just a short walk to lovely Loch Leven and the village's shops, pub and eating places. Explore magical paths, trails and waterfalls as well as higher routes directly from the cottage. No need to drive. On National Cycling Route 78 and local routes for all abilities. Ballachulish is well-positioned for days out around the area and further afield.

You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway.
