There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). The house with dates back in parts to 1580AD and is set in 1 acre of grounds. It has a lounge with inglenook fireplace, bakery with bread oven and large conservatory and study/office. The hot tub is heated all year and the pool is available all year and heated 28 March - 2 November. Please bring your own pool towels. With views over open countryside it is accessible for Bath, Lacock, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Avebury, Stonehenge, Highgrove, Westonbirt Arboretum, Corsham Court and Dyhram Park.
