The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up the trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Co-op and a Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley in the Wiltshire countryside, surrounded by fields and with lovely walking from the door. It's easy to get to local towns like Devizes and only half an hour to Bath. We provide items for a continental breakfast with fresh ground coffee and a range of teas.
