All the indoor details have been cared for and a rarely stylish and atmospheric interior design has been carried out in the small simple house from 1978. It pours in with sun from the large green garden with both south- and west-facing terraces and there is only 100 meters walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Charming villa with pool 250m from beach

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and lovely atmosphere. Lovely garden with, among other things, pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or hike by a lovely beach with Aarhus Bay's longest bathing jetty. The house contains two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120-, 140- and 180cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are neat and well-functioning without being new and fancy, and there's what you'll need to feel at home during your stay.

Urban room with free parking, Netflix and MAX

Room with small dining area, private shower and toilet, private tea kitchen and private entrance. Free parking in front of the house. Several city buses within 100 m and 25 min. on foot to Aarhus city center. Self check-in and checkout. The kitchen with fridge, an electric kettle, microwave, single plates, cups and cutlery. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house. By agreement with you, we may use the washing machine in your bathroom when you are on a trip to the city. In addition, you have the apartment to yourselves.

In the countryside, close to everything. Here you can relax and unwind. The home is set up in the east length of a farm. The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and broken windows show the history of the house. Walking distance to Feldballe and the eco village of Friland. You can hike towards Mol's mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs Summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra sleeping arrangements can be made in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a staircase without elevator. Good stay!

Padel Tennis and beautiful nature

Bring your family or friends to this lovely place with plenty of room for coziness, fun, and an active leisure life. The listing is in extension of the Padel Laden, where fields can be booked for a fee. Don't forget to book courses well in advance. We're happy to help with that. Within walking distance is Rude Strand (1.8km) and Saksild Strand (3km) some of Østjylland's best beaches. In the summer it's full of life-ishouses, food trucks, and mini golf. The apartment has its own bike shed that can be locked.

Spend your time by the sea in the tallest residential building in Denmark - LightHouse Aarhus. The LightHouse apartment is located on the very tip of Aarhus Port. It is a piece of very unique architecture and everything is in walking distance just around the corner. Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

I bilen, kan i nå Aarhus, Silkeborg og Skanderborg på under 25 min. Og på under en time kan I Legoland, Djurs sommerland, Billund og Aarhus lufthavn, Herning, Vejle, Kolding, Viborg og næsten til Aalborg. Villaen har egen lader til din el-bil. Babyseng til rådighed.
