The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. The country is surrounded with the ruins of the historicaly city and castels of Frankopan dinasty. Here you can find planty of interesting coutent based on your references; swimming in the clear sea, enjoying on numerous beaches in Crikvenica, riding a bike through forests or experience paragliding by jumping from tip of the nerest hill.

Our homestay offers a unique retreat. As your host, I stay on-site in a separate space in the basement ( with own kitchen and bathroom) and outside the main house, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to enhance your stay. Our guests can indulge in healing mud baths nearby and savor homemade meals, at the restaurant along the sea. Additionally and complimentary, the guests can eat everything that is growing in the garden.
