Small single room, private entrance, full bathroom and kitchenette (electric oven and anafe), electric pava, kitchen utensils and refrigerator. Small table and chairs. No t.v. In times of snow or/and frosts it is difficult to get to the parking lot above, therefore you should leave the car in the parking lot below and climb up stairs. You can also find a closed door that takes you to a laundry room, which is closed by renovations

This is my atelier – my painter’s cove. It is a cozy and private space, roomy with private bathroom with shower. You will be 5 km away from downtown. It is a quiet neighbourhood, 4 blocks from buses running to town. Away from the noisy town but well connected, there are supermarkets, bars nearby, and easily accessible to many tourist spots. The location is uphill, NOT recommended for people with mobility difficulties.

The place is about 10/15 minutes away from downtown Bariloche by bus or car.
